Once you sign up for a subscription, you will be redirected to choose the items for your subscription. For subsequent orders, you will receive a notification and email to choose items for your next delivery. You can click on the link and place an order.

You will be notified by a call from our Support team in case the product is not available. We will try our best to provide an appropriate replacement.

Yes, it is. All transactions on Kitchen Genie are completed via a secure payment gateway. We do not store your card details at any given time.

Order Invoice will be emailed to your registered email. Also, you can view the Order history and invoice in your Account Detail section.

In case, you have to skip an order for one of the weeks, you can go to Orders  Cancel Order for your upcoming Order. Please contact us once the order is Cancelled, we will provide a Refund via UPI Payment.

In case, you need to cancel the order after placing it, please cancel it before 24 hours of your scheduled delivery. Please contact us once the order is Cancelled, we will provide a Refund via UPI Payment.

We have utmost importance to the quality and carefully choose each vegetable. We also make sure each vegetable is cleaned, sanitized, and carefully packed for your convenience.

For subscriptions, there is Rs. 450 Delivery charge already included as part of the subscription cost. There are no additional subscription charges for Add Ons. For One Time Purchase, there is a 50 ₹ delivery charge.

The delivery schedule is based on Pin code. For Subscriptions, the delivery is twice a week between 6 PM to 9 PM.
